2. Acceptance of these terms
By using AccessSA or submitting information, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the relevant service.
3. Information and external sources
AccessSA aims to provide helpful and accurate information but cannot guarantee that every vacancy, deadline, requirement or external link will remain accurate or available.
Users must verify important information on the official employer, institution or government website before applying or making a decision.
4. Job advertisements
Jobs may be submitted by employers and recruiters, published manually by AccessSA, or supplied by authorised third-party job services such as Adzuna.
An advertisement appearing on AccessSA does not mean AccessSA employs the applicant, guarantees an interview or endorses every statement made by the advertiser.
5. Recruiter submissions
Recruiters and employers must submit only genuine vacancies that they are authorised to advertise. Submitted information must be accurate, lawful and not misleading.
AccessSA may review, edit, verify, reject, suspend or remove any submitted vacancy. Submission does not guarantee publication.
Recruiters grant AccessSA permission to display and format the submitted vacancy for the purpose of connecting job seekers with the relevant application channel.
6. Prohibited vacancies and conduct
You may not submit:
- False, misleading or non-existent jobs.
- Vacancies requiring unlawful upfront recruitment payments.
- Discriminatory or unlawful content.
- Pyramid schemes, scams or deceptive business opportunities.
- Content that infringes another party's rights.
- Malicious links or content intended to collect information unlawfully.
7. Job applications and recruitment fees
Job seekers apply directly through the application method provided by the employer, recruiter or original source.
AccessSA does not guarantee employment and does not require job seekers to pay for a job. Users should be cautious of anyone requesting money to guarantee employment.
8. Third-party websites
AccessSA contains links to third-party websites. Those websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. AccessSA is not responsible for their availability, security or content.
9. Intellectual property
The AccessSA name, design, original guides and original website content may not be copied or republished without permission. Third-party names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
