4. Recruiter information
Recruiter contact information is used to review, verify and manage submitted vacancies. Job information approved for publication may be displayed publicly.
Private recruiter contact details will not automatically be published unless they are intentionally provided as the vacancy's application method.
5. Firebase and website services
AccessSA uses Firebase services for hosting, database storage, authentication and secure backend functions. Information may be processed by these service providers to operate the website.
6. Analytics, cookies and advertising
AccessSA may use Google Analytics, Google AdSense and similar technologies to understand website usage, maintain security and support advertising.
These services may use cookies or similar identifiers according to their own privacy policies and your available consent choices.
7. Third-party job services
AccessSA may display vacancies supplied by authorised external services such as Adzuna. When you follow an external application link, the third party's privacy policy applies.

AccessSA does not sell personal information. Information may be shared where necessary with service providers, when you direct us to publish it, or where disclosure is required by law.
9. Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, record-keeping, security and legal obligations.
Rejected or expired vacancy information may be removed or retained for a limited period to prevent duplicate or abusive submissions.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No online system can guarantee absolute security, and users should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal information.
11. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held about you. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
